Hello, world
This is the first post on this blog. It exists because we wanted a place to write about things we build, break, and fix — and the internet felt like it needed one more abandoned blog.
\1
- Self-hosting notes from a homelab running on tiny VPS boxes
- AI agent experiments — what works, what breaks, what costs too much
- Tooling writeups and small utilities
The whole site is static HTML, generated by a ~200-line Python script with zero dependencies. No JavaScript, no trackers, no cookies. It should load fast on anything.
Here's the entire build step:
python3 build.py
rsync -r out/ server:/data/www/blog/
That's it. If a post is worth writing, it gets a markdown file. If not, it doesn't exist.
